Set Your Favorite Song as Ringtone

So, here are the steps to set your favorite song as ringtone. Now without taking your time I would request you to get towards the below steps to explore more about it.

    >  First of all, go to iTunes and locate the song which you want to set as your ringtone.

• Then you need to right Click on your favorite song and Click on Options and then Click on Get Info.
• Afterwards, come to Options tab and then you need to enter the start and stop time for you ringtone. Remember that you can add a ringtone up to 30 seconds long. You may set all the settings for your ringtone here.
• Now, you need to right Click on your song and Click on Create AAC Version. Then you’ll have both version of your song; original and AAC version. You are recommended to give a different name to your AAC version in order to make it identical.
• After that, you need to go back to Options tab and uncheck the boxes in front of Start and Stop buttons.
• Now, head towards the AAC version of your song which you’ve recently created. Then right click on it and Click on Show in Finder and then from the Finder, right click on your song and Click on Get Info.
• Afterwards, you need to Click on Name & Extension option and then change the extension of your song from m4a to m4r.
• After changing the extensions, Save the changes.
• Furthermore, you need to connect your iPhone with your computer and then open iTunes, now go to menus (three dots) and Click on Tones.
• Now drag your created tone to Tones section using your mouse.
• Then Click on iPhone icon and then go to Tones.
• Afterwards, go to Sync Tones and then Selected Tones.
• Now you need to select your tone which you’ve created in above steps and sync your device.
• After that, this ring tone will be added to your iPhone’s library. Now on your iPhone go to Settings >> Sounds >> Ringtones and then select your recently added ringtone.
